Responsibilities
Use consultative selling skills to hunt new business opportunities
Understand the laboratory and customer needs
Perform laboratory workflow analyses, site visits and recommendations
Execute sales strategies and territory management
Leverage existing network to map potential customers and generate leads
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Market requirements and sales plans development
Partner with customer solutions group for service excellence
Become a “Trusted Advisor” for Clinical Diagnostics Automation business.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences / Medical Sciences or related field
3+ years of sales experience in pathology laboratory diagnostic equipment or automation is desired but not essential
Established network in Medical Laboratories in the territory
Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills (written and oral)
Ability to think outside the box to troubleshoot complex customer challenges
A good understanding of the pathology landscape including vendor and key account partnerships
Experience and success working with cross-functional teams
Self-motivated, results-driven and well organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks with a clear sense of ownership and priority
Ability to travel at least 30%.
