About the role
- HR contact person managing personnel inquiries and labor law matters within a hybrid work environment. Optimizing HR processes and supporting personnel planning in a dynamic company.
Responsibilities
- Erste Kontaktperson für Mitarbeiter:innen und Führungskräfte in allen personalrelevanten sowie arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Abwicklung von operativen Aufgaben innerhalb des HR-Managements
- Analysieren von Kennenzahlen, daraus Ableitung von HR-Maßnahmen und Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management
- Etablieren und Optimieren von HR-Prozessen und aktives Arbeiten an HR-Sonderprojekten
- Initiieren und Begleiten von Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Personalplanung und des Personalbudgets
Requirements
- Berufserfahrung im generalistischen HR-Umfeld
- Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht
- Hohe IT-Affinität für digitale HR-Anwendungen, einschließlich sehr guter Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Spaß am strukturierten und lösungsorientierten Arbeiten
- Authentische Persönlichkeit sowie hohe soziale Kompetenz
