Responsibilities
Lead the recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop recruitment strategies.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, social media engagement, and referrals, to attract talent across Europe.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Pre-screen qualified candidates, facilitate feedback discussions, and extend offers to finalists.
Work closely with the recruiting team to create and implement effective sourcing strategies.
Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS and CRM systems.
Research and develop talent market intelligence reports to provide impactful labor market insights that inform recruitment strategies.
Requirements
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience of at least 1-2 years as an in-house recruiter or in a recruitment agency is required.
Experience within a corporate full-cycle recruitment team and in recruiting for technical, engineering, life sciences or distribution roles is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Workday, or other large-scale ATS.
Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Business fluency in English and fluent German is required.
Any other european language is a strong advantage.
