Responsibilities
Oversee the daily tactical operations of the media buying team.
Manage individual performance targets focused on campaign ROI and new user acquisition.
Propose, plan and execute strategies to drive online traffic and convert it into new users.
Analyze results and continuously optimize campaigns, content and conversion funnels to maximize ROI.
Provide actionable feedback to product marketing teams to improve user experience (UX) and ultimately increase conversions.
Measure and present weekly campaign performance and forecasts.
Assess and analyze market conditions, competitors and new growth opportunities.
Conduct employee performance reviews in accordance with company policies, processes and schedules.
Requirements
5 years of experience in a similar role.
3 years of management experience.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
Strong understanding of ROI-driven strategies (experience with subscription models is a plus).
Solid understanding of search, display and social advertising platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn analysis into concrete actions.
Deep knowledge of major paid media channels and platforms (Google, Microsoft, Meta, etc.).
