About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily tactical operations of the media buying team.
  • Manage individual performance targets focused on campaign ROI and new user acquisition.
  • Propose, plan and execute strategies to drive online traffic and convert it into new users.
  • Analyze results and continuously optimize campaigns, content and conversion funnels to maximize ROI.
  • Provide actionable feedback to product marketing teams to improve user experience (UX) and ultimately increase conversions.
  • Measure and present weekly campaign performance and forecasts.
  • Assess and analyze market conditions, competitors and new growth opportunities.
  • Conduct employee performance reviews in accordance with company policies, processes and schedules.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • 3 years of management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of ROI-driven strategies (experience with subscription models is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of search, display and social advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn analysis into concrete actions.
  • Deep knowledge of major paid media channels and platforms (Google, Microsoft, Meta, etc.).
