About the role

  • Demand Generation Manager at Promptfoo, leading digital programs and nurturing leads for growth. Collaborating with Sales and executing high-impact campaigns in the AI security sector.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute high-impact digital programs targeting security leaders and CISOs
  • Build and optimize conversion-focused assets, including landing pages, ad creative, and offers
  • Continuously test and refine messaging, channels, and audiences to improve performance
  • Manage campaign budgets with a sharp focus on cost per lead and pipeline impact
  • Partner with Sales and Field Marketing to support onsite events and field programs
  • Design and run lead conversion and nurture campaigns tailored by persona and lifecycle stage
  • Implement and refine lead scoring to surface high-intent prospects for Sales
  • Build and manage workflows, sequences, and automations in HubSpot
  • Build and execute programs that qualify, nurture, and convert leads from both PLG and sales-led channels into pipeline
  • Own weekly pipeline reporting by channel and campaign
  • Build dashboards that drive data-informed decisions across Marketing and Sales
  • Track MQL → SQL → Opportunity conversion, identifying and fixing funnel drop-offs
  • Analyze funnel metrics to find gaps and act quickly
  • Own dashboards that track Cost Per Lead, conversion rates, and pipeline by channel and campaign
  • Continuously test, measure, and optimize messaging, channels, and audiences to scale what converts
  • Work with Sales to calibrate lead scoring and improve MQL-to-SQL conversion

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience, ideally in security or developer-focused tools
  • Hands-on experience with marketing and sales automation platforms (HubSpot or similar)
  • Experience running conferences, campaigns, or field events
  • Proven ability to execute and optimize paid campaigns and ABM programs
  • Experience owning funnel metrics, with a focus on conversion and pipeline impact.
  • Uses revenue and analytics from CRM and community tools to turn into actionable campaigns
  • Highly organized, clear communicator who partners effectively with Sales and cross-functional teams
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience marketing to security buyers, including AppSec teams and CISOs
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies
  • Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) motions and metrics
  • Background at fast-growing startups, especially those with open-source-led GTM strategies
