Responsibilities
Own campaign execution end-to-end: campaign architecture, audience strategy, variable bidding, optimization, and pacing oversight.
Act as a subject-matter expert across DSPs.
Partner closely with AdOps, Data/Analytics, and Account Teams.
Own campaign performance analysis, translating data into clear insights, optimizations, and strategic recommendations for clients.
Oversee conversion tracking pixel creation.
Guide and support programmatic campaign planning and media strategy development.
Build compelling narratives around campaign results versus media strategy.
Partner with Analytics to interpret performance across attribution models.
Collaborate with technology and platform partners.
Design and evaluate structured testing and experimentation frameworks.
Provide mentorship and hands-on support to junior programmatic team members.
Ensure campaign setup checklist is adhered to and provide final sign-off.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
4–6+ years of hands-on programmatic experience.
4+ years with DV360 and CM360.
3+ years with The Trade Desk
2+ years with Amazon DSP
Strong experience working in or alongside media agencies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
Strategic, proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working under pressure, managing multiple priorities, and meeting tight timelines.
