Responsibilities
Develop and maintain commercial performance dashboards in Salesforce and Power BI, consolidating data from multiple sources to generate strategic insights.
Monitor performance indicators and the sales funnel, proposing action plans to optimize lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
Support the Growth and Sales teams in identifying market opportunities, potential clients, and areas for expansion.
Translate data into tactical and strategic recommendations, guiding go-to-market decisions and prioritization of efforts.
Align with commercial teams to understand requirements and map opportunities for action.
Structure and qualify lead databases in Salesforce, ensuring up-to-date data and accurate prioritization of opportunities.
Support the execution of lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to improve data integrations, automate commercial workflows, and implement CRM enhancements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
Postgraduate studies and courses in Growth, Data Analytics, or BI are a plus.
Solid experience in commercial performance analysis, growth, or BI.
Experience building dashboards and reports (Salesforce, Power BI, advanced Excel).
Experience with CRM projects, marketing automation, and sales process improvement.
Experience in the energy sector is a differentiator.
Proficiency in Salesforce (Sales Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud).
Experience building/analyzing dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel.
Knowledge of data modeling and KPI development.
