Responsibilities
Responsible for cross-functional management of critical go-to-market campaigns and all that entails
Drive strategic alignment and efficiency across AT&T’s portfolio and for all relevant stakeholders across Product and Brand Marketing and respective partners
Campaign management utilizing working knowledge of Adobe Workfront or similar workflow management tool
Manage the intricacies of complex marketing campaigns from genesis/pre-planning through launch and optimization
Accountable for record keeping, alerts & variances, and timelines of the campaign to ensure marketing records remain up to date
Ensure every marketing execution is optimized at launch and continue to find efficiencies while it remains in market
Enable AT&T’s way of Marketing through collaboration across the Marketing & Growth Organization and partner organizations to ensure successful execution of the strategic vision
Support marketing stakeholders to reach goals, mitigate risk and remove roadblocks
Contributor for campaign management team capacity planning and codifying campaign management processes
Drive rigor around AT&T’s way of Working for planned and in-year programs and consistently seek ways to create efficiencies
Conduct retrospectives and other working sessions with all levels of leadership
Requirements
Typically requires 6+ years of experience in similar area of responsibility
Background in holistic marketing across multiple brands at large companies
Direct Marketing and B2B experience a plus, but not a requirement
