About the role

  • C&B Manager responsible for analytical and advisory support in regional compensation and benefits programmes implementation. Ensuring accurate execution of reward processes and conducting compensation analyses.

Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical and advisory support for implementation of regional compensation and benefits programmes
  • Ensure accurate execution of reward processes, market benchmarking, system data integrity, and delivery of high-quality insights
  • Conduct analyses of various aspects of compensation and benefits
  • Manage regional annual remuneration review cycle
  • Advise executives on appropriate increases
  • Review job descriptions for various positions and act as regional job evaluation steering committee member
  • Manage or contribute to regional HR and C&B projects

Requirements

  • University degree
  • 5+ years experience as C&B Manager in relevant international company, or 10+ years in HR managerial roles
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of job evaluation methodologies (Mercer, KornFerry, WTW) and compensation market data
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors compensation modules is an advantage
  • Fluent in English, other languages might be an advantage
