Responsibilities
Provide analytical and advisory support for implementation of regional compensation and benefits programmes
Ensure accurate execution of reward processes, market benchmarking, system data integrity, and delivery of high-quality insights
Conduct analyses of various aspects of compensation and benefits
Manage regional annual remuneration review cycle
Advise executives on appropriate increases
Review job descriptions for various positions and act as regional job evaluation steering committee member
Manage or contribute to regional HR and C&B projects
Requirements
University degree
5+ years experience as C&B Manager in relevant international company, or 10+ years in HR managerial roles
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Understanding of job evaluation methodologies (Mercer, KornFerry, WTW) and compensation market data
Knowledge of SuccessFactors compensation modules is an advantage
Fluent in English, other languages might be an advantage
