About the role

  • Teamleiter Recruiting & Talent Management leading the HR team for an international family business. Overseeing recruitment and talent management with a focus on digitalization and strategy implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Functional and disciplinary leadership of national Recruiting and Talent Management
  • Point of contact and interface for employees and managers on all recruiting and talent management matters
  • Initiation and management of HR digitalization projects
  • Further development of the area through implementation of AI tools
  • Development and implementation of strategies for attracting, retaining and developing talent
  • Management of external service providers (e.g., coaches, trainers)

Requirements

  • Degree in Psychology, Education, or Business Administration with a focus on HR, or an equivalent qualification
  • Business-fluent English, spoken and written
  • Strong communication skills, reliability and trustworthiness
  • Flexibility and willingness to take initiative, combined with a confident demeanor
