About the role

  • Customer Onboarding Partner managing new clients for a cloud-based educational platform. Supporting smooth transitions, project timelines, and strong client relationships in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new clients immediately following their purchase of education-specific software
  • Build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with schools and Multi-Academy Trusts
  • Offer full operational support and address any client queries throughout the onboarding phase
  • Ensure customers achieve their desired goals and success while using the platforms.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to the SaaS platforms
  • Create and oversee project timelines to ensure all implementation milestones are met
  • Coordinate system builds and ensure the software is configured to meet the client’s specific needs
  • Organize and coordinate training sessions to ensure users are confident with the technology
  • Handle and process large volumes of client data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer onboarding, project management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in using SaaS platforms and related technologies
