About the role

  • Customer Onboarding Manager at Matera ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new clients. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to facilitate successful setups.

Responsibilities

  • You guide new clients through the setup phase on our platform.
  • You coordinate and communicate with internal teams (Accounting, Legal, Sales) as well as external partners (banks, service providers).
  • You contribute to product development by relaying valuable client feedback to the product and tech teams.
  • You oversee multiple onboarding projects simultaneously and ensure structured execution.

Requirements

  • You can explain complex topics clearly and are service-oriented.
  • You work in a structured way and keep an overview even in challenging situations.
  • You roll up your sleeves and tackle challenges proactively.
  • You want to make an impact and improve processes.
  • You are fluent in German at C2 level and communicate confidently in English.
