  • HR professional supporting HR initiatives and processes at Argano, fostering positive workplace culture and supporting recruitment and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support in response to more complex employee, supervisor, and manager questions.
  • Provide support in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by organizing and implementing employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs.
  • Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits and collaborate with benefits providers to ensure accurate and timely administration.
  • Help implement and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic employee records and HR systems.
  • Assist in questions on the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to employees and managers, and ensuring timely completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, expected.
  • 2-4 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Solid understanding of HR policies, practices, and administrative guidelines
  • Experience with HR software and analytics tools.
