- Assist in questions on the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to employees and managers, and ensuring timely completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, expected.
- 2-4 years of progressive HR experience.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, practices, and administrative guidelines
- Experience with HR software and analytics tools.
