Responsibilities
Provide first-level support in response to more complex employee, supervisor, and manager questions.
Provide support in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by organizing and implementing employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs.
Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits and collaborate with benefits providers to ensure accurate and timely administration.
Help implement and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic employee records and HR systems.
Assist in questions on the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to employees and managers, and ensuring timely completion.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, expected.
2-4 years of progressive HR experience.
Solid understanding of HR policies, practices, and administrative guidelines
