Senior HR Project & Process Manager enhancing global HR processes and initiatives at Applike Group in Hamburg. Championing automation and leading projects for multi-regional growth and expansion.
Responsibilities
Oversight and/or support of core HR processes and cross-functional project initiatives.
Due diligence, evaluation & implementation of new tools, projects, and processes (e.g., payroll improvement, global HR systems landscape, multi-regional Comp&Ben initiatives, …).
Organizing and steering HR-related aspects for the opening of new and recently established regions (incl. creating a blueprint, stakeholder management, employment models, contractual matters, benefits, insurance, pension, benchmarks).
Organizing and oversight of key annual HR cycles (e.g., performance feedback review, salary increase & promotion cycle).
Championing automation and AI usage within the HR team.
Leading any other special (HR) projects.
Supporting the HR team mates, offering expertise and hands-on support for ongoing operational matters and ad hoc needs in crunch times.
Requirements
7 years+ of relevant HR experience, with a track record of successfully leading and end-to-end implementation of large-scale projects.
Completed university degree in Business Administration/HR or a comparable qualification (including analytical/strategic courses); certificate in project-/process management is a plus.
Experience in a multi-company setting, collaborating across various regions and navigating a period of significant growth and expansion.
Broad knowledge of HR processes & cycles, HRIS systems, and operational HR topics.
Strong expertise in project- & stakeholder management and process optimization.
Strong interest and desire to establish AI and automation in existing process structures.
Strong analytical skills, a structured working style, and strong communication skills.
Ability to coordinate and communicate well across departments and locations.
Language skills: English on C1-level and German B1 or above.
