About the role

  • HR Operations Manager supporting HR operational tasks including employee lifecycle management. Engaging with diverse teams and improving HR processes within the applike group.

Responsibilities

  • Document & contract management and acting as a liaison with Payroll and HRIS for contract data and templates
  • Support the payroll preparation
  • Answering Tier-1 employee inquiries and performing ad-hoc HR and administrative queries
  • Benefits administration, handling working student hours, supporting payroll preparation
  • Support the organization and execution of onboarding processes

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years of relevant HR administration/operations experience
  • Education: Additional qualifications or relevant certifications in the HR field (e.g., HR-Basic, HR-Expertise, Labor law, HRIS knowledge)
  • Solid knowledge of employment contracts, onboarding processes, and HR systems
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, a feeling of ownership, and a structured approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality
  • Proficient handling of HR systems (Personio would be a plus) and data maintenance
  • Ability to independently resolve more complex employee inquiriesActive participation in projects for the further development of the HR function
  • Fluent in English and German language skills are a plus
