Responsibilities
Performing all office admin works related (office and business event management)
Working in an organization or department to optimize processes and ensure budgets are used effectively.
Providing administrative and internal support for HR departments that want to increase efficiency, productivity, or profitability.
Supporting employee traveling and visitor arrangement transportation, accommodation and visas.
Establishing and enforcing budgets and timelines.
Partner with Finance team to manage vendors invoicing/payments, office expenses, purchase order SAP and Concur system's related processes.
Create Purchase Orders in system, set up vendors and perform any changes to vendors details.
Timely update of global office lease data and ensure accuracy. Assist to monitor lease expiry data for necessarily follow up on lease actions (renewal, relocation, closure).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in public or business administration, economics, accounting, or finance, or a degree in a related field.
At least two years of experience as admin Human resource.
Advance Microsoft Excel and English communication skill.
Good analytical thinking, excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Ability to analyse processes and data.
Good understanding of financial principles and budgeting.
