About the role

  • Training Coordinator at Linamar managing training schedules and collaborating with HR. Evaluating results with supervisors and deriving specific training topics for production lines.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and organizing training sessions in coordination with line supervisors and project and quality engineers
  • Collaborating with HR regarding the active staff on each production line
  • Evaluating and assessing responses to test questions
  • Reviewing, together with line supervisors, the results concerning the knowledge level on each production line
  • Deriving line-specific training topics together with supervisors and support departments

Requirements

  • Knowledge and understanding of process flows according to the QMH (e.g., control/handling of nonconforming parts)
  • Product training knowledge for the individual projects required
  • Strong user-level skills in Outlook and Excel (no programming skills required)
  • Business-fluent German and English
  • Self-organization, strong communication skills, and confidence in dealing with employees
