Experienced Talent Acquisition Supervisor leading our recruiting strategy and building scalable hiring processes. Partnering with business leaders to attract top talent and enhance employer branding.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define hiring plans
Oversee full-cycle recruitment for critical and high-volume roles across all divisions
Drive proactive sourcing strategies, including talent pipelines and diversity initiatives
Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and systems (ATS, sourcing platforms, assessments)
Manage employer branding initiatives and candidate experience
Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire)
Manage new hire job offers and employment contracts
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and job boards
Adhere to company policy and procedures.
Achieve or exceed targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business
5–8+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience
2+ years of people management or team leadership experience
Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, sourcing techniques, and labor market trends
Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
Experience scaling teams in agile and high-growth environments
Strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring strategies
Employer branding and social recruiting experience
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into action
