Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a EA position supporting senior-level management
  • Strong organisational skills and an efficient approach to organising work priorities
  • Ability to communicate professionally and articulately across all levels
  • Adaptability when it comes to learning (and eventually owning) new tasks and responsibilities
  • Ability to prioritise and stay ‘one step ahead’ at all times
  • Initiative to implement new processes that, in turn, make day-to-day responsibilities and interactions easier, faster and clearer
  • A high level of integrity and trust with confidential information
  • Strength in remaining both professional and approachable when interacting with all levels of the company
  • Discipline to work well under pressure, adhering strongly to given deadlines
