About the role

  • Sales Executive focused on acquiring B2B clients and providing international advisory solutions. Driving global commercial expansion through relationship-building and deal closing roles.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new business clients through outbound calls, emails, social selling, and targeted campaigns
  • Develop tailored, consultative proposals aligned with international clients' specific goals
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads using CRM and sales tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and market research
  • Provide regular feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform strategic decisions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and closing
  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets and growth objectives

Requirements

  • Proven track record in outbound sales, business development, or new client acquisition
  • Strong ability and discipline to prospect for new business daily through cold outreach, networking, and strategic follow-ups
  • Closer mentality with the ability to move opportunities through the pipeline and secure high-value contracts
  • Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders in decision-making processes
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a consultative, client-centered approach
  • Familiarity with international markets and cross-border service delivery
  • High levels of self-motivation, accountability, and focus on performance metrics
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong advantage).
