Responsibilities

Requirements
Proven track record in outbound sales, business development, or new client acquisition
Strong ability and discipline to prospect for new business daily through cold outreach, networking, and strategic follow-ups
Closer mentality with the ability to move opportunities through the pipeline and secure high-value contracts
Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders in decision-making processes
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a consultative, client-centered approach
Familiarity with international markets and cross-border service delivery
High levels of self-motivation, accountability, and focus on performance metrics
Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong advantage).
