About the role

  • Sales Closer responsible for managing client relationships and sales processes at AMLabs, a company specializing in innovative payment solutions. Engaging in negotiations, presentations, and CRM management in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of customized proposals: deeply understand clients' needs and present tailored solutions that highlight benefits and differentiators.
  • Management of the sales cycle: oversee opportunities from initial contact to close, ensuring consistent follow-ups and identifying bottlenecks.
  • Presentations and demonstrations: deliver presentations and demos that demonstrate the solution's value to the client.
  • Mapping the purchasing process: understand each client's culture and decision flow, identifying influencers and critical stages.
  • Building strategic relationships: establish connections with decision-makers and influencers to increase chances of success.
  • Competitor analysis: understand competitors' strengths and weaknesses and position our differentiators strategically.
  • Negotiation and closing: lead negotiations with flexibility, ask for the close at the right time, and follow through the final steps until contracting.
  • Handover to Customer Success: ensure a smooth, well-documented transition to the CS team while preserving the relationship built.
  • CRM information management: record interactions, opportunity statuses, and critical negotiation details to facilitate decision-making.
  • Continuous improvement: pursue ongoing learning, participate in training, and stay updated on trends and consultative sales methodologies.

Requirements

  • Availability for hybrid work in Campinas.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more CRMs.
  • Proven track record of results in sales.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, including:
  • Lead qualification.
  • Opportunity and pipeline management.
  • Conversion metrics and customer profiling.
  • Clear and effective communication (verbal and written).
  • Resilience and proactivity.
  • Ability to positively influence others.
  • Preferred / Nice-to-have:
  • Prior knowledge of the Predictable Revenue methodology.
  • Education or courses in sales.
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as BANT and GPCT (GPTC in Portuguese; often referenced as GPCT in English-speaking sales contexts).
  • Experience with tools such as RD Station.
