Responsibilities
Active academic advising of prospective students (by phone, digitally and on-site)
Qualified support and guidance of prospective students throughout the entire customer journey up to enrollment/application
Use and further development of our CRM system HubSpot, in particular: segmentation of leads by target groups, interests and study formats
Systematic outreach, follow-up and nurturing of leads
Documentation and analysis of advising and sales activities
Planning, organizing and conducting information events, advising days, online information evenings and trade fairs
Support in the development and implementation of sales and recruitment strategies for degree programs
Maintenance of contacts with schools and external education partners
Requirements
Completed degree or comparable qualification in communication or sales
Professional experience in sales, student advising, the education sector or in advisory-intensive customer contact
Very good knowledge of working with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
Strong communication and counseling skills as well as a confident, service-oriented manner
Enjoyment of proactive outreach, relationship building and target-group oriented advising
Structured, independent and results-oriented way of working
Identification with the educational mission of a university of applied sciences and interest in topics such as health, nursing, education or social work
