Responsibilities
Responsible for achieving quotas for assigned brands and/or business units, working as a team with the PSM assigned to the brand.
Complete the sales certifications for the assigned brand.
Manage and train our channels using vendor tools.
Manage and train channels in the Vendor Channel Program.
Understand how to configure licenses/hardware (HW) to be able to quote correctly.
Prepare quotes and track deals through the transaction.
Monitor the credit status of channels.
Manage and quote renewals.
Keep information up to date in the ERP (NetSuite): forecasting and deal progress.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, or related fields.
1–2 years of experience in the technology market with channel- and vendor-focused roles, including experience in cybersecurity and firewall technologies.
Knowledge of selling products/services related to personal data processing and data governance.
Certifications according to the brands you work with.
Strong technical knowledge.
Languages: Advanced English (required) and Spanish (preferred).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, general systems, and software/hardware for IT equipment.
