Responsibilities
Gerenciar a carteira de clientes, assegurando execução dos contratos, gestão de preços, margem e busca constante por volume adicional de combustíveis, produtos e serviços Raízen;
Prospectar novos revendedores (perfil hunter), negociar contratos e apoiar na abertura de novas contas, seguindo a estratégia comercial da companhia;
Realizar visitas periódicas para implementação de campanhas, acompanhamento de KPIs, indicadores de vendas, rentabilidade e saúde financeira da carteira;
Atuar como ponto focal entre o cliente e as áreas internas, garantindo a melhor experiência e prestação de serviços;
Elaborar propostas comerciais, conduzir pós-venda e articular áreas internas para assegurar o crescimento sustentável do território;
Implementar padrões de excelência operacional, saúde e segurança, garantindo treinamentos e boas práticas nos postos;
Representar a Raízen junto a revendedores, leads e parceiros institucionais, fortalecendo relacionamento e presença da marca;
Analisar dados e indicadores, trazendo insights para estratégias regionais e melhoria contínua.
Requirements
Ensino superior completo (Administração, Engenharia, Economia, Marketing ou áreas correlatas);
Residência em Petrolina/PE ou disponibilidade para mudança;
CNH B e disponibilidade para viagens frequentes pela região;
Experiência com negociação, relacionamento com clientes e gestão de contas/contratos, preferencialmente no varejo;
Organização e habilidade para gerenciar múltiplas demandas;
Noções de precificação, gestão de margens e canais de venda.
