Responsibilities
Manage and develop strategic relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
Conduct on-site customer visits and build relationships with C-level executives and other company leaders.
Actively participate in the sales process for new Enterprise accounts.
Understand clients' needs and objectives, offering tailored solutions that maximize the value of our products.
Monitor customer health, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Increase customer LTV (lifetime value).
Conduct regular follow-up meetings with clients to review progress, resolve issues, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, product) to ensure and exceed customer expectations.
Create and present performance reports and success metrics to clients.
Identify and implement improvements in customer service processes.
Represent the company at strategic events and trade shows.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles, preferably in technology companies.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Project management skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software.
