About the role

  • Platform Product Marketing Manager managing go-to-market strategy for critical Identity portfolio. Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to launch and position products worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Own the GTM strategy, positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation for the Sinch Identity portfolio, with a major focus on building a differentiated story for Verification.
  • Lead major product launches (T1–T4), owning GTM readiness and ensuring tight alignment across all cross-functional teams.
  • Build deep technical expertise in Identity APIs, verification flows, and intelligence models to translate complex engineering updates into simple, powerful narratives.
  • Create and maintain core enablement materials, including message maps, value propositions, competitive battlecards, and demo narratives to support the global sales organization.
  • Partner with the Product organization to digest the strategic roadmap and influence future product positioning using market insights, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
  • Drive multi-product storytelling and support cross-sell motions with other portfolios like Messaging, Voice, Email, and AI.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Product Marketing within a B2B technology, SaaS, or API-first environment.
  • Demonstrated ownership of GTM strategy and execution for multiple product launches.
  • Strong experience partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate technical concepts into market-facing value.
  • A technical mindset with the ability to understand APIs, complex workflows, and data-driven products.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a talent for simplifying complex topics for different audiences.
  • A proactive, energetic, and hands-on attitude. You are a go-getter who can roll up your sleeves and is not intimidated by a technical environment.
  • Experience in the Identity, Verification, Fraud, Security, or Telco/CPaaS industries.
  • Familiarity with marketing multi-product platforms.
  • Experience with the competitive landscape (e.g., Twilio, Infobip, Vonage).
