Senior Manager guiding international development of Low-Cost Carrier services at Amadeus. Collaborating with internal partners and overseeing execution to meet growth targets.
Responsibilities
Develop and guide the services strategy for Airline Solutions (Low-Cost Carrier), building an effective portfolio and a clear go-to-market approach, and achieving agreed growth targets year over year.
Collaborate with internal partners across Amadeus to ensure services are clearly positioned to customers across regions and delivered in partnership with Research & Development (R&D).
Develop solutions to address customer business needs when existing Airline Solutions products require enhancement, and act as a point of contact for the LCC Services organization with customers, ensuring service processes are applied consistently and supporting business development.
Oversee the execution of LCC Services in alignment with Airline Solutions commitments to customers, including supporting recruitment activities to engage appropriately skilled team members for projects.
Contribute significantly to the development of the professional services business by supporting regions in service-related initiatives and guiding regional service teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or Management, or equivalent professional experience.
Significant experience in a similar business development role with an international software vendor, major IT services provider, or consulting firm; experience in the airline industry is beneficial.
Experience in business development and/or sales, combined with a solid project management background and experience delivering value to customers.
Experience coordinating teams with diverse cultural and professional backgrounds to achieve shared objectives within deadlines.
Professional proficiency in English, with clear communication skills and the ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
