You acquire projects in the service area “building hazardous substances and deconstruction”
You manage ongoing sales activities in the regions, including coordinating supraregional and regional sales projects with the sales organization and local teams
You are independently responsible for both new customer acquisition and the support and development of existing customers
You use trade shows and conferences to actively build a professional network
You market the developed services and identify opportunities to sell additional products from the business unit through cross- and upselling
You prepare sales plans and reports
You analyze market and customer developments with the aim of developing, implementing and continuously improving our sales strategy and portfolio
Requirements
Degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, chemistry, biology, geology (m/f/d) or another natural science or engineering degree with relevant professional experience
Professional experience in the industry or in sales is an advantage — motivated career starters are also welcome
Strong sales affinity and technical expertise
Business-oriented way of thinking and acting
Strong communication skills and social competence to build new networks and maintain customer relationships
Enjoy working in a team
Organizational skills, self-management and a hands-on mentality
Very good presentation skills and IT competence
Proficient German language skills for social and professional use (min. C1 level in spoken and written)
High willingness to travel within Germany and a valid driver’s license (Class B)
