Maintenance and monitoring of time accounts (e.g., overtime & vacation)
Preparation of reports and analyses for managers and the HR department
Management of the Company Integration Management (BEM), in particular analyses and coordination of appointments
Administration of parental leave and maternity protection, including statutory deadlines and documentation
Preparation and processing of certificates (e.g., employment, health insurance, parental leave and maternity certificates, as well as notifications to authorities)
Communication with health insurance providers and authorities (e.g., regarding maternity protection and parental leave)
Organization and follow-up of the probation process and fixed-term contract processes
Preparation of employment references
Maintenance and monthly updating of the organizational chart
Close collaboration with managers and employees to ensure accurate HR data
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., Office Clerk or Industrial Clerk, or a comparable qualification
At least three years of practical experience in Human Resources, ideally in the areas listed above
Careful, structured and detail-oriented working style, with strong communication and service orientation
Knowledge of labor law and relevant statutory regulations (e.g., maternity protection, parental leave, BEM)
Confident user of MS Office and, ideally, HR systems (e.g., SAP, HRWorks, Workday)
Excellent German language skills and strong written and spoken English
