Responsibilities
Comprehensive HR support across the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)
Execution of all administrative HR tasks (contracts, employment references, certificates, etc.)
Point of contact and interface for our payroll service provider
Independently drive the development and optimization of HR processes and support varied HR projects
Preparation of HR reports, tracking of relevant KPIs and deriving appropriate measures
Advise and support managers on labor law and personnel-related matters
Optional and future-oriented: involvement in or responsibility for topics in vocational training or occupational health management (BGM)
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training in the HR field, e.g., certified HR specialist (Personalfachkaufmann/-frau) or a comparable qualification
Further training such as HR Manager certification or a successfully completed degree (e.g., Business Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or similar)
Initial professional experience in a comparable HR generalist or HR management role is an advantage
Good knowledge of labor law and operational HR work
Strong communication skills, a structured working style and a high degree of personal responsibility
Excellent German language skills, spoken and written (minimum C1 level)
