About the role

  • HR Manager overseeing Employee Lifecycles for WESSLING Consulting Engineering. Responsible for HR processes, employee support, and leadership collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive HR support across the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)
  • Execution of all administrative HR tasks (contracts, employment references, certificates, etc.)
  • Point of contact and interface for our payroll service provider
  • Independently drive the development and optimization of HR processes and support varied HR projects
  • Preparation of HR reports, tracking of relevant KPIs and deriving appropriate measures
  • Advise and support managers on labor law and personnel-related matters
  • Optional and future-oriented: involvement in or responsibility for topics in vocational training or occupational health management (BGM)

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training in the HR field, e.g., certified HR specialist (Personalfachkaufmann/-frau) or a comparable qualification
  • Further training such as HR Manager certification or a successfully completed degree (e.g., Business Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or similar)
  • Initial professional experience in a comparable HR generalist or HR management role is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of labor law and operational HR work
  • Strong communication skills, a structured working style and a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Excellent German language skills, spoken and written (minimum C1 level)
