Responsibilities

  • Join the client’s Team for a Portuguese online gaming brand.
  • Develop CRM strategies to improve user engagement and retention.
  • Analyze campaign performance data for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Management Informatics, Engineering**, or a related field.
  • Minimum of **2 years of experience** in CRM-related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of **conversion, retention, and reactivation indicators**.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills for evaluating campaign performance and results.
  • Advanced proficiency in **Excel**.
  • Experience in managing web-based products (valued).
  • Experience in the **Gaming industry** (valued).
  • Knowledge of **IMS tools**.
  • **Fluent English**, spoken and written.
