About the role

  • Sales Consultant developing new clients and markets with responsibilities in technical and commercial visits. Engaging in sales cycles and maintaining active client relationships in Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new clients and markets
  • Conduct technical and commercial visits
  • Identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions
  • Prepare commercial proposals and lead negotiations
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initiation to closing
  • Maintain active relationships with clients in the portfolio
  • Update reports and records in the CRM

Requirements

  • Proven experience in consultative sales or laboratory sales preferred
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills and a results-oriented approach
  • Availability to travel and attend events

Benefits

  • Monday to Friday work schedule from 08:00 to 17:30 (Starts on-site with the possibility of a hybrid arrangement after training/once experience is gained)
