About the role

  • (Senior) Sales Manager responsible for B2B sales in IT-Security and client relationships. Focus on business growth through innovative solutions and team collaboration within the regions of Munich and Augsburg.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers and expand and maintain existing customer relationships at C‑level and departmental levels
  • Responsible for achieving revenue and margin targets within the assigned solutions and services portfolio
  • Develop proposal strategies and prepare and deliver presentations, pitches and negotiations
  • Close collaboration with pre‑sales and technical teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals
  • Coordinate proposal processes, including pricing, risk analysis and contract drafting
  • Active pipeline management, forecasting and reporting to senior management
  • Participation in trade shows, customer events and industry conferences to represent the company
  • Share generated market and competitive intelligence to continuously improve our products and services

Requirements

  • A successfully completed degree in business administration, commerce or a technical field, or equivalent vocational training; relevant additional qualifications are a plus
  • Several years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in cybersecurity, IT services or infrastructure
  • A strong understanding of complex IT solutions and the ability to present technical content in a way that is understandable for decision‑makers
  • Proven track record in acquiring new customers and expanding strategic customer relationships
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, as well as a structured, results‑oriented way of working
  • Excellent team and communication skills, with experience in interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Very good written and spoken German and English; French skills are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel
