About the role

  • Sales Manager driving IT solutions for corporate clients in the mid-market sector. Engaging with new customers and building long-term relationships through value selling strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive identification and engagement of prospective new customers
  • Development and implementation of tailored sales strategies
  • Building sustainable relationships with decision-makers at C‑level and with IT stakeholders
  • Conducting initial meetings, presentations and proposal negotiations
  • Managing the entire sales process through to successful contract closure
  • Close coordination with internal teams for solution development
  • Participation in industry events and active networking
  • Building a reliable and sustainable sales pipeline

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration or a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience selling IT solutions in an enterprise environment
  • Proven track record in new customer acquisition (hunting)
  • High level of self-motivation, strong closing skills and solid market understanding
  • Experience working with complex sales environments and decision-making bodies
  • Basic technical understanding and strong business sense
  • Strong communication, sales and organizational skills
  • Structured working style and confident presence
  • Independent and detail-oriented approach with a reliable focus on priorities
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills and a quick grasp of complex topics
  • Negotiation-level German and English, both written and spoken
