About the role

  • Sales Development Representative for Czech & Slovakian Market at ALEX & GROSS GmbH, engaging high-potential accounts through calls, emails, and social outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage high-potential target accounts through structured outreach across phone, email, and social (inbound + outbound)
  • Turn first contacts into qualified conversations by clarifying pain points, use case, stakeholders, and decision criteria
  • Build and progress a predictable lead pipeline, prioritizing the right opportunities and driving clear next steps
  • Own pipeline discipline in the CRM, keeping data accurate, ensuring timely follow-ups, and continuously refining your outreach based on what works
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales, sharing field insights and ensuring smooth, high-quality handovers

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of first experience (internship/working student/first job) in a business environment; B2B is a plus
  • Motivation to learn outbound & inbound (calls, email, LinkedIn) and qualify leads
  • Strong drive and resilience: you enjoy reaching out, hearing “no”, and improving fast
  • Tech-affinity; interest in business software / SAP is a plus (not a must)
  • Team player with a hands-on mindset and quick learner
  • Fluent Czech/Slovakian (C2) + strong English (C1)
