Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound prospects from France via chat and phone to qualify them for the next steps in the sales cycle.
  • Gather valuable prospect information to pass along to Account Executives in the French market, assisting in closing deals and expanding Aircall's customer base.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales teams to ensure smooth coordination and consistent messaging across markets.
  • Develop your consultative sales skills by learning from experienced Account Executives and gaining exposure to the entire sales cycle.
  • Contribute to growing Aircall's presence in the French market by driving lead generation and supporting regional sales goals.

Requirements

  • Native French speaker: you will be emailing, calling, and meeting prospects from the French market.
  • English fluency is not required but would be advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills: active listening, empathy, and a problem-solving attitude.
  • Time management and organization: ability to manage a large number of accounts.
  • Willingness to learn and an entrepreneurial spirit to help develop the Northern market.
