About the role

  • Sales Development Associate making high-volume outbound calls to commercial real estate prospects in the United States. Engaging leads and scheduling product demos effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and review a lead list — quickly evaluate each prospect's position within their industry before calling
  • Execute 150+ outbound dials per day
  • Maintain a 3% call-to-demo conversion rate (4–5 demos scheduled per day)
  • Record accurate, relevant notes on every meaningful interaction
  • Work within the dialing platform and CRM to manage activity and pipeline
  • Submit a concise daily report of call stats at end of day
