About the role

  • Deliver sales targets through key account management.
  • Provide your clients with optimisations and recommendations to ensure campaign success using insights and campaign reporting to build your recommendations.
  • Determine short- and long-range sales revenue plans and track progress closely via account management, optimisations and upsells.
  • Represent Snapchat with a high level of integrity and knowledge, acting as an advisor to your clients and their media agencies.
  • Manage existing and develop new relations with clients and media agencies in person and virtually.
  • Strong internal collaboration skills working with your peer’s support teams such as measurement, creative strategy to deliver against client needs/goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital, social or media agency.
  • Understanding of ad platforms such as Snapchat Ads Manager or similar.
  • Experience working closely with brands and agencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet/surpass sales targets and generate revenues.
  • Strong analytical/insights abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through.
  • Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and presenting both over the phone and in person.
