Responsibilities
Work in partnership with Account Managers as the technical focal point throughout the sales cycle.
Build and maintain technical trust relationships with the clients you support.
Engage with leads via calls, emails and other communication channels.
Deliver presentations of the company’s products and solutions to leads.
Identify success factors, conduct POCs (Proofs of Concept) and produce result reports.
Support the sales process through to deal closure.
Maintain up-to-date records of all interactions with leads.
Requirements
Experience in pre-sales developing technological solutions for contact centers.
Knowledge of pre-sales techniques and lead qualification.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proactive and able to work under pressure.
Degree in Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related fields.
