Account Executive transforming prospects into loyal clients for health insurance startup Alan. Managing full sales cycle and strategic client relationships in a dynamic growth environment.
Responsibilities
Support prospects at every stage of the sales cycle and convert them into committed Alan customers by collaborating with senior decision-makers: HR Directors (DRH), CFOs (DAF) and executives across all industries.
Full sales cycle responsibility from prospecting through to contract signature.
Strategic relationships: drive deals and manage key client accounts.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and guide stakeholders through the evaluation process.
Ensure successful onboarding of new accounts and promote Alan’s positioning as a health partner to drive broad adoption among employees and administrators.
Analyze and present usage reports to clients during business reviews.
Own cross-sell and up-sell across our portfolio to address client needs and pain points, and renegotiate contracts to ensure both excellent value for clients and sustainable profitability.
Contribute to the evolution of our products and services by representing the voice of our clients in discussions with Product teams.
Requirements
For an Account Executive role: at least 3 years of experience managing the full sales cycle.
For an Account Manager role: at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
For a Key Account Manager role: at least 6 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with frequent interactions with C-level executives.
Native or near-native French (C2 or above) and advanced English.
Highly organized, structured and empathetic.
Proven ability to influence, negotiate and manage complex deals.
Strong understanding of value levers in recurring-revenue business models.
Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz and able to work in a hybrid mode.
