  • Assisting account managers with customer service and administrative support in the Employee Benefits Channel at HUB International. Focus on billing issues, client needs, and maintaining accurate client information.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting account managers with client needs
  • Assistance in resolving billing and claim issues
  • Assisting account team with annual enrollment by helping create communication material
  • Monitor and maintain accurate client information in account management systems as assigned
  • Act in capacity of client manager on assigned accounts

Requirements

  • 1-2 years administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Life, Accident and Health Insurance License preferred
