Responsibilities
Guide prospects through every stage of the sales cycle and convert them into committed Alan customers, collaborating with senior decision-makers such as HR Directors, CFOs and other executives across industries.
Full sales cycle responsibility from prospecting to contract signing.
Strategic relationships: drive deals and manage key client relationships.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and guide stakeholders through the evaluation process.
Ensure successful onboarding of new accounts and promote Alan’s positioning as a health partner to drive strong adoption among employees and administrators.
Analyze and present usage reports to clients during business reviews.
Be responsible for cross-sell and up-sell across our portfolio to address client needs and pain points, and renegotiate contracts to ensure both great value for clients and sustainable profitability.
Contribute to the evolution of our products and services by representing the voice of our customers in discussions with Product teams.
Requirements
For an Account Executive role: you have at least 3 years' experience managing the full sales cycle.
For an Account Manager role: you have at least 3 years' experience in a customer-facing role.
For a Key Account Manager role: you have at least 6 years' experience in a customer-facing role with frequent interactions with C-level executives.
You are fluent in French (C2 or higher) and have advanced English proficiency.
You are highly organized, structured and empathetic.
You can influence, negotiate and manage complex deals.
You have a deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
You have a strong team-oriented attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively.
You are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz and will work in a hybrid setup.
