Responsibilities
Lead prospects through their journey to becoming delighted Alan customers, partnering with decision-makers from HR leaders to CEOs across Accounting, Banking & Finance, Legal, Real Estate, Insurance, Strategy & Management Consulting, Advertising, and Media companies with 30–300 employees — highly qualified workforces where top talent attraction is the key HR challenge.
Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing.
Build and nurture strategic relationships: drive deals and manage key customer accounts.
Deliver product education and demos: present compelling product demonstrations and guide stakeholders through the evaluation process.
Influence product direction by sharing customer insights and feedback.
Contribute to improving sales methods and commercial strategy.
Participate in growth initiatives and regional expansion efforts.
Collaborate closely within a team that thinks big and moves fast.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing. Prospecting is a core part of the role.
Native or full professional proficiency in French (C2 or equivalent) and advanced level of English.
Highly organized with outstanding follow-up skills.
Strong empathy and a genuine passion for understanding and solving prospects’ problems.
Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
Solid understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue (subscription) business models.
Positive team player with a collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a small team.
Fast learner who can make an impact from day one.
Based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, or Marseille.
