About the role

  • Area Sales Manager responsible for developing client relationships and achieving sales objectives in Île-de-France. Engaging in market analysis and collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular client visits across the designated areas to build and maintain strong, positive working relationships.
  • Meet defined sales targets for the region.
  • Analyze the market to identify customer needs, sales potential, pricing strategies, and competitors.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product and Sales teams to continuously strengthen market positioning (messaging, sales tools, campaigns, promotions, marketing plans).
  • Carry out regular business plan reviews with distributors to ensure alignment with company strategy and proper implementation of agreed actions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial role related to technology (IT, electronics, electrical engineering, telecommunications, information systems)
  • Experience in electronic security is a plus
  • Results-oriented profile with strong initiative and a high sense of responsibility
  • Strong interest in security products and solutions and the high-tech industry
  • Good market understanding and proven commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both over the phone and face-to-face
  • Professional appearance, reliable, and high ethical standards
