Responsibilities
Conduct regular client visits across the designated areas to build and maintain strong, positive working relationships.
Meet defined sales targets for the region.
Analyze the market to identify customer needs, sales potential, pricing strategies, and competitors.
Work closely with Marketing, Product and Sales teams to continuously strengthen market positioning (messaging, sales tools, campaigns, promotions, marketing plans).
Carry out regular business plan reviews with distributors to ensure alignment with company strategy and proper implementation of agreed actions.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial role related to technology (IT, electronics, electrical engineering, telecommunications, information systems)
Experience in electronic security is a plus
Results-oriented profile with strong initiative and a high sense of responsibility
Strong interest in security products and solutions and the high-tech industry
Good market understanding and proven commercial acumen
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both over the phone and face-to-face
