About the role

  • People Experience team member enhancing employee onboarding and offboarding. Managing engagement initiatives and supporting projects to elevate overall employee experience at Ajaib.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the full onboarding process, including pre-boarding communications, first-day preparation, and orientation sessions.
  • Ensure new hires receive the right tools, access, and information to start strong.
  • Manage employee wellness and recognition initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
  • Manage employee offboarding, including exit communication, access removal, offboarding checklist, exit interviews, and final documentation.
  • Analyze onboarding/offboarding feedback and identify process gaps to propose continuous improvements across the employee lifecycle.
  • Support initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, belonging, and productivity.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Passionate about employee engagement, culture building, and overall employee experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with employees at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience in conducting surveys and analyzing employee feedback is a plus.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
