Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 6 Outbound BDRs across the DACH & Benelux region
- Set the pace by bringing energy, clarity, and momentum to the team
- Design incentives that boost productivity and reward excellence
- Take over and refine our outbound playbook and processes
- Become the go-to expert for questions about sales techniques, processes, product updates, and integrations
- Run impactful 1:1s, call reviews, and email coaching
- Represent Aircall with professionalism
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development management, ideally in SaaS or tech.
- A proven outbound track record
- Experience leading or managing teams, with a clear ability to motivate, coach, and level up talent.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments, love structure and process, and consistently operate with ambition and ownership.
