About the role

  • BDR Manager leading a team of Outbound BDRs across DACH & Benelux. Driving motivation and high performance in customer communications platform.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of 6 Outbound BDRs across the DACH & Benelux region
  • Set the pace by bringing energy, clarity, and momentum to the team
  • Design incentives that boost productivity and reward excellence
  • Take over and refine our outbound playbook and processes
  • Become the go-to expert for questions about sales techniques, processes, product updates, and integrations
  • Run impactful 1:1s, call reviews, and email coaching
  • Represent Aircall with professionalism

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development management, ideally in SaaS or tech.
  • A proven outbound track record
  • Experience leading or managing teams, with a clear ability to motivate, coach, and level up talent.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments, love structure and process, and consistently operate with ambition and ownership.
