About the role

  • Sales & Business Development Representative driving top-line growth by building referral relationships for PuroClean's disaster restoration services. Focused on ethical and professional business development in Charleston.

Responsibilities

  • Drive top-line growth by building referral relationships across the Lowcountry
  • Build and execute a structured business development plan (daily/weekly activity targets)
  • Develop referral relationships with: Insurance agents and adjusters, Property managers and facility contacts, Plumbers, HVAC, roofers, GCs, and other trade partners
  • Represent the company at local networking events and industry associations
  • Track outreach, referrals, and conversion metrics (CRM/weekly reporting)
  • Coordinate handoffs with operations/production to ensure a smooth customer experience

Requirements

  • 1 or more years of experience in business development/sales (restoration/insurance/construction/property services is a major plus)
  • Strong communication, follow-up discipline, and professional presence
  • Local Charleston-area familiarity and relationships preferred
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Willing to complete a background check upon a conditional offer
  • Ability to travel locally for relationship-building
