Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new business opportunities with mid-to-large construction, manufacturing and distribution firms
Educate clients on the benefits and mechanics of a variety of alternative risk transfer products
Coordinate risk assessments and collaborate with underwriting and actuarial teams to evaluate captive feasibility
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CEO’s, CFOs, Risk Managers, Controllers)
Partner with internal teams to deliver customized proposals, presentations, and financial models
Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging captive structures
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Requirements
5+ years of experience in commercial insurance sales
Experience on captive insurance or alternative risk transfer products preferred
Strong understanding of construction and manufacturing industry risks and insurance needs
Proven track record of consultative selling to mid-market and large enterprise clients
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to simplify complex insurance concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field preferred
CPCU, ARM, or ACI designations a plus
