Responsibilities

  • Preliminary payroll processing
  • Applicant management
  • Administration of bonus and voucher programs
  • Creation and maintenance of personnel files
  • Telephone service, visitor management and mail/receiving organization
  • Maintenance of employee master data
  • Processing and distribution of mail
  • Support at trade fairs and training events
  • Contact person for our trainees

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a hotel-related apprenticeship
  • Several years of professional experience in human resources
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Independent, structured working style
  • Positive demeanor and assertiveness
  • Loyalty, discretion and professional manners
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills
