About the role
- Product Owner leading development and delivery of intelligence data systems at Agile5 Technologies. Responsible for managing backlogs and translating objectives into actionable requirements.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary authority for defining requirements and prioritizing the product backlog for intelligence data systems
- Translate high-level mission objectives and user needs into actionable requirements and discrete, measurable deliverables
- Manage stakeholder expectations and balance competing priorities
- Direct the translation of mission objectives into technical roadmaps
- Utilize Microsoft Project to manage planning, scheduling, and resource tracking across the product lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with technical leads and development teams to clarify requirements and validate implementations
- Monitor project timelines to ensure timely delivery of mission-critical data capabilities
Requirements
- Active DoD Secret Clearance required
- 10 years of experience working with or managing projects supporting intelligence data systems
- 5 years specifically serving as a Product Owner for intelligence data systems
- Proven experience defining requirements, prioritizing backlogs, and managing stakeholder expectations
- Prior experience as a Project Manager or Technical Lead translating mission objectives into actionable deliverables
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical field
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Project for comprehensive planning and resource tracking
- Deep practical knowledge of Agile development processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with data governance and data lifecycle management within secure environments
